2. Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 500×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with white. Now make a new layer set called ‘g1 smart phone’. Then grab the rounded rectangle tool and above your screen under the options palette choose fill pixels, set the radius to 20 px and check anti-aliased.

3. In a new layer (layer - new layer) draw a large dark rounded rectangle with #140B10 color shade and 163×320 px dimensions.

4. Now modify the bottom corners with a smaller curve, use 10 px radius.

5. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add an inner shadow, satin, color overlay, gradient overlay and stroke blending options to your large dark rounded rectangle layer.

6. Create a new layer then draw a large black rounded rectangle with 143×275 px dimensions on the same position shown below.

7. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add a gradient overlay blending option to the large rounded rectangle layer. Then set the layer’s blending mode to lighten.

8. Now add a marquee selection around your first large rounded rectangle. Then make a new layer and paint #140B10 color shade on the bottom end till the middle of the marquee selection.

9. Now make a smaller rounded rectangle design with a small curve on top and a bigger curve at the bottom. Make sure the flat shape color is black at 162 x 55 px dimensions.

10. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add an inner shadow, inner glow, satin and gradient overlay blending options to the smaller rounded rectangle design layer.

11. Now create a new layer then draw a white rectangle with 134×204 px dimensions, this will be the screen on the device.

12. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add a drop shadow, inner glow and stroke blending options to your white screen layer.

13. In a new layer draw a gray rounded rectangle with #312D2A color shade and 47×15 px dimensions between your rounded rectangle designs. Then cut the top corners so its straight, this will be the menu button.

14. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add a drop shadow, inner shadow and stroke blending options to your menu button layer.

15. Select the horizontal type tool then set the font family to arial, bold, 7 pt, smooth and white color shade. In a new text layer type ‘MENU’ on the menu button.

16. Create a new layer, below the menu button draw a circle with #D8DEDE color shade and 14 x 14 px dimensions.

17. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add a gradient overlay and stroke blending options to your circle layer.

18. Create a new layer then draw a gray circle with #282320 color shade and 16 x 16 px dimensions.

19. Under layer style (layer - layer style) add a drop shadow, inner shadow, gradient overlay and stroke blending options to the gray circle layer.

20. Add 3 more gray circle designs and position them as shown below.

21. Now add icons on the gray buttons, i used random icons from the font webdings using the horizontal typetool.
